It was beautiful," he fondly reminisced. He also gained recognition for his iconic music videos featuring nine of Indonesia's top models.

According to Dharma, two key ingredients for successful company transformation are a steadfast focus on the company's mission and the empowerment of the workforce to achieve set targets.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dharma is an avid traveler who has explored five of the seven continents and visited over 50 countries. He treasures the experience of immersing himself in new cultures, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and savoring a variety of cuisines.

Dharma's life journey has imparted valuable lessons, with perseverance and resilience being two of the most crucial. "If you fail nine times, you have to get up 10 times. That's how life and career are; if you never fall, it means you are not trying hard enough," Dharma advises, encapsulating the spirit of his extraordinary journey.

After several years at Citibank and entrepreneurial ventures, Dharma pursued further education at INSEAD in France, a renowned business school. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, opening doors to opportunities at McKinsey, a prestigious management consulting firm.

During his four-year tenure at McKinsey, Dharma's desire to implement change led him to PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk (OKAS). He served as President Director of OKAS, facing a significant challenge when its subsidiary, PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia (MNK), was embroiled in a crisis.

Dharma's exceptional managerial skills shone during his leadership at MNK, where he spearheaded a transformation of the company's operations. In just two years, he successfully turned the company around, achieving the highest performance in its history.
